Decantação a 10 ºC durante 48 horas para clarificação do mosto e potenciar a expressão aromática das castas. Fermentação com temperatura controlada em inox a 15 º/ 16 ºC, durante 6 a 10 dias.

Vindima manual. Desengace, esmagamento e prensagem de todas as uvas do dia. Decantação a 10ºC durante 48 horas para clarificar o mosto e potenciar a expressão aromática da casta. Fermentação com temperatura controlada em inox a 15º/16ºC, durante 6 a 10 dias.

Careful selection of the best grapes, with manual harvesting. 60% of the blend aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels, the other 40% in stainless steel tanks. Minimum 1 year ageing in bottle.
Quinta da Devesa Tinto Grande Reserva 2020

Careful selection of the best grapes, with manual harvesting. Destemming and crushing with 100% of destemmed grapes. After the temperature reaches 20/22ºC, fermentation begins, which is kept at a controlled temperature between 22º and 25ºC, for 5 to 7 days. Short pumping over the mass of skins every 3 hours. Aged for 24 months in new and used oak barrels, minimum 1 year ageing in bottle.

Produced from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties, the colour is pale pink.

Careful selection of the best grapes, with manual harvesting. Pressing the whole grape. Cold decanting. Fermentation with controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks and part in new French oak barrels.
